2 oz Future Gin

1 oz Pineapple Juice

0.25 oz Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Beet & Cinnamon Simple

Shaken / strained over ice over an old fashioned.

Garnish with a pineapple half-wheel tucked into the glass.

2 oz Future Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Coconut Cream

Popsicles

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice.

Strain into a collins glass and add your favorite popsicle in place of ice.

1.5 oz Future Gin

0.5 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur*

1 oz Honey Syrup**

4 oz Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea

Add all ingredients to a shaker and stir. Pour cocktail mixture over ice.

*If you don't have Chareau, you can substitute aloe juice or leave it out entirely

**Honey syrup is 2 parts honey mixed with 1 part water

2 oz Future Gin

0.5 oz Lime

1 oz Pineapple Juice Reduction

Shake/strain up or over ice.

2 oz Future Gin

1 oz Pineapple Juice Reduction

1 oz Tart Cherry Juice

0.25 oz Lime Juice

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Soda

Add all ingredients except soda to a tin, shake with ice.

Strain in a collins glass over new ice. Top with soda.

Sparkling Rosé

Build in collins glass over ice, top with sparkling rosé.
